Food is a source of energy

This is about one of the places I visited in my village, namely "Warung bu maslihati / bapak sutak" in "Dusun Karangsono" in Sukorejo, East Java-Indonesia.

Food is one of the things that must be inside
our live. Without food, we may not be able to live because of lack of nutritional intake. Food may also be associated with the SDGS on health issues. Because by eating all of us will not experience hunger and our nutritional needs can be fulfilled so that our bodies become healthy and strong. Then in this shop Ibu Maslihati sells many basic necessities such as sugar, wheat flour, noodles, etc. This shop also sells various kinds of other snacks, such as snacks, bread, coffee sachets, etc. Housewives always shop for light cooking needs at this shop to cook food in their daily lives.

1. Snack (jajanan)

Snacks (jajanan) are a term for food that is not the main menu.

These snacks are foods to relieve hunger for a while, provide a small supply of energy for the body, or are foods to enjoy the taste. The packaging is mostly made of plastic. These snacks are better consumed in moderation because the composition of snacks is not too healthy for our bodies.

2. Cigarette (Rokok)

Cigarettes this pensions also sell a variety of cigarettes, but cigarettes should not be consumed too much because they are bad for health, they may cause ill health and ill health to our lungs and kidneys.

3. Bread (Roti)

This bread is brown bread which contains delicious chocolate inside.
This bread is oval but some are round / square.

4. Crackers (Kerupuk)

Kerupuk (crackers) is a snack which is generally made of tapioca flour dough mixed with flavoring ingredients such as shrimp or fish.

Crackers are usually eaten as a light snack. Or in addition to when we eat.
